Alcúdia town is the village next by, one of Majorcas locations with a long history. The town is surrounded by an old stone wall and close by are some relicts still from the Roman empire . There is a market every Tuesday and Sunday. The coastline around Puerto Alcudia to Pollensa offers lots of kilometers of beaches, some sandy beaches with transparent water, some rocky cliffs. Natur friends and hikers will be in heaven. The small curvey road to the Mirador El Colomes, the Cap Formentor, leades through hilly green landscape and is definitley worth visiting. Rent out a bicyclette and have a wonderful trip to the Albufera National Park! A perfect location for bird watchers and picknick friends. Sport fans will fullfill their desire, because its all nearby: surfing, kite surfing, sailing, diving, horse riding and two golf courses, Club de Golf Alcanada (5km) and Golf Pollensa (about 10km).
